Here’s a list of the things we need:
- Donate a warm meal (average cost of a meal is R 20)
- Donate a warm bed in a shelter (average cost of a bed is R 20)
- Donate beanies, gloves and scarves (the average cost is R 50)
- Donate thermal underwear and socks (average cost of thermal underwear is: R 130,00 and socks: R 80)
- Donate a blanket (average cost of a blanket is R 80)
- Donate warm clothing and shoes
- Donate non-perishable food
- Donate Safety gear (i.e. masks and gloves)
- Donate Sanitising and Cleaning products
- Donate Bottled Water
Join our Campaign
Challenge your friends, family, colleagues and community to collect clothing, non-perishable food products and other winter essentials. Items collected can then be dropped off at the nearest drop-off point. Don’t forget to share your wonderful campaign stories and pictures with us, by sending them to: winterhoop@mes.org.za
